Tinted moisturizer, which is better?

I have been using Organix tinted moisturizer for about a month now, but haven’t really noticed it evening my skin tone, like I wanted.
So I was thinking of trying out Aveeno tinted moisturizer.
Is that a good choice? Any other good ones that will even out your skin tone at a reasonable price?
